Youth Fitness Classes
It's fun to stay fit! Starting this September we will be offer a brand new class! With our NEW Fit classes, our goal is to teach your child the life skill of health and fitness. A vast body of research indicates that exercise is beneficial to not just your child's health, but their academic achievement! Through a games-based approach to fitness, it is our goal to teach your child fundamental body weight exercises and correct movement patterns whether they are training through the off season for other sports, or have an interest in general fitness! The program is scalable for any age or experience level and accounts for the varied maturation status one can find in a class full of children.
Classes are age dependent and are 30-45 minutes. They are structured with a general warm up/stretch, instruction regarding specific movements, and will conclude with a workout of the day. Workouts change daily so you can come multiple days a week! See the schedule for class times offered Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
