Our Recreational Gymnastics classes meet once per week for 55 minutes. Additional classes per week are available.
All classes are taught through progressional skill. As an athletes masters the skills on all events for his/her level, he/she will be moved up to the next level of skill class. Skill mastery and class advancement are decisions made by our coaches.

Class placement is based on current knowledge and performance level of skill based on our class levels. Our instructors and office staff will place your child in the best suited class level for your child in order to master core skills for that level, build on existing skill level and enhance your child's self-esteem.

Level A 5/6 - beginners ages 5 & 6
Level A - beginners ages 7 and older
Level B - advanced beginners
Level C - intermediate (must be able to do
     backhandspring correctly and w/o aid)
Level D - advanced (must be able to do
     roundoff BHS, back tuck or layout)
High School Tumbling - follow Levels A - D
T&T 1 1/2 hr classes: 7 yr olds & up
     T&T C/Dx - Intermediate & Advanced
     T&T Dx - Advanced level tumblers
Standing Tumbling for Cheerleaders
     Level A - working BHS
     Level B - have standing BHS
     Level C - learning series, fulls, etc.
