$30.00 fee per child. This is a nonrefundable fee. Simply fill out the registration form completely. Read and initial each Flip Force policy on the back of your registration form. Return your registration form and fee to the front office to hold your child’s class spot. Unfortunately we cannot hold a class space without payment and a completed enrollment form. We do not send written confirmations; assume that your child is accepted into your class choice. We will contact you if this class is not available. (We have family registration discounts for families of 3 or more. Call or see the front office for details.)
Tuition is due on the 1st of each month. Please see breakdown for prices on schedule. Siblings receive a 10% discount on tuition. Returned checks will result in a $35.00 fee. We do not send out monthly statements unless there are late payments that need to be collected. Accounts 60 days past due will be sent to a collection agency and could eventually affect your credit rating. (We have family tuition discounts for families of 2 or more. Call or see the front office for details.)
We honor make-ups for illness and emergencies situations only. Make-Ups must be made within month of date missed.
If you need to withdraw your child from class we will need a written two-week notice. The only written notice that Flip Force Gymnastics LLC will accept is on an Official Flip Force Withdrawal Form. You may pick this up at the front office or download it off the web. You will be held responsible for payment for two weeks after your official Flip Force Withdrawal Form has been received. Even though your child may not be attending class or workouts, you will be charged for tuition for two weeks after you give the front office this official notification that must be signed by a parent or legal guardian. Unfortunately, verbal notification to a coach or staff member will not be considered notification.
